Who we are

What we collect
- Through the form: first name, last name, phone, town, address, and email (optional). You give us this yourself.
- Through browsing: anonymised visit stats (PostHog, hosted in the European Union). No advertising, no resale.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange your home assessment, call you back, and follow up on your request. Nothing else.
Where your data is stored
Form data is processed and kept in Switzerland (Infomaniak servers, in Geneva). Your IP address is never stored in clear text. The site itself runs on technical infrastructure that receives none of your personal data: it goes straight from your browser to our Swiss server.
Who we share it with
No one for commercial purposes. Your data is never sold or passed to third parties.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your request and our relationship. After that, it's deleted. You can ask us to erase it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to your data. Just write to contact@multiservicespro.ch — we'll handle it.

We only use audience-measurement cookies (PostHog, EU) to understand what's useful on the site. No advertising cookies.
